2. Contact and opening hours

Sessions are by appointment. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00. Closed Sunday. By appointment only.. Directions: Tram 13 or 17 to Westermarkt; about seven minutes on foot via Bloemgracht toward Goudsbloemstraat. From Amsterdam Centraal, bus 18 toward Slotervaart, get off at Haarlemmer Houttuinen, then five minutes walking..

3. Hosting

The website micracoriva.digital is hosted by TransIP B.V., Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands. The host processes technical logs required for security, uptime and error analysis. Retention and legal bases for such processing are described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

Unless stated otherwise, page content (copy, layout, photography) is owned by Micracoriva B.V.. Reuse without written permission is not allowed.

4. Contact form and international transfer

The Contact form sends your message through FormSubmit (Creative Tim, United States). Fields you submit (name, email, phone, service, date and message) are transmitted to that processor and forwarded to us by email. FormSubmit may process data under US law; we limit fields to what is needed for your enquiry and use contractual safeguards where available.

By submitting the form you consent to this transfer as described in the privacy policy. You may exercise your rights via [email protected].

5. Editorial responsibility

Texts on this site describe our studio and workflow in good faith. Technical figures (3 rooms, live room about 36 m², sample rates up to 96 kHz) reflect our current setup; equipment may change without every page being updated immediately.

For contractual obligations, the terms and conditions prevail once you accept a quote. General website information does not replace individual advice on copyright, neighbouring rights or third-party contracts.

6. Liability and external links

We try to keep information accurate, but cannot guarantee that every page is error-free at all times. See our disclaimer for limits on liability for site content.

Links to external sites (maps, suppliers) are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Governing law

Dutch law applies to use of this website and information on it, subject to mandatory EU rules. Disputes about the site itself may be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your EU country of residence.

Studio services are governed by the terms and conditions, including cancellation and payment rules.
